A red wine, barrel aged sour, Cas is a blend of three of our beers that have been sat in barrels for between 2-3 years. Those beers are Curious Creek (3.2% Raspberry & Cherry Berliner Weisse), Anura (7.0% Imperial Blueberry Sour) and Siam (a 6.2% sour we brewed specifically to go into a variety of barrels). These have been blended together to create a 4.9% refreshing, fruity and incredibly well rounded sour. It's our first barrel aged keg release this year, and a beer we are super super proud of!

[September 2022] Cloudy red with a bubbly white head. Big fruity red wine vibes on the nose, dry mouthfeel with oaky, vanilla notes and a subdued fruity red wine flavour. Not particularly sour, and has a slightly sweet, dry fruity aftertaste - I see reference to cranberry and that makes sense
