Hopfenweisse has become a real celebratory style for us. Not only because it was vital to our early work in pushing the boundaries of hop-forward beer but also as a signifier of our love for both traditional beer culture and the energy of modern brewing.
So it couldn't be a more fitting beer to charge your glass with as we raise a toast to seven years. Dry-hopped with one of our favourite hop combinations, it's rich with notes of lime, pineapple, coconut and banana, beautifully complimenting the smooth, creamy body.

[March 2022] Cloudy/milky yellow gold with a frothy white head and a fruity and slightly yeasty aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, with a touch of graininess, taste is a blend of tropical and citrus fruits alongside bready, wheaty cereal, with a hint of bitterness in the finish

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A hazed golden orange colourd pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is creamy wheat, pear, kiwi, doughy wheat, melon. Flavour is composed of soft doughy wheat, grass, midget gems, milky wheat, tangerine. Palate is semi sweet, creamy, moderate carbonation. good. Cask at the saddlers cat. Really nice. Bubble gum. Wheat, nice.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 23/02/22. Hazed orange with a just off white cap. Nose is tang orange, perfume, grass, breads, dusty hops, melon, clove, light varnish. Taste comprises orange zest, guava, pineapple, light spice, bready notes, soft malts, nectarine, faint nana chews but more on the citric side of a weisse. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness. Decent.

Cask at Unit 9. Pours hazy milky yellow gold with a fine white cap. Aroma is banana, clove, herbal vibe, wheat, sone grassy floral notes. Taste is banana, clove, mix of other herbs in there, a hint of tartness, grassy hop, wheat backbone. Nice and clean. Good stuff this
