Cette saison de blé barriquée a macéré sur des canneberges de chez Jardins VMO à Drummondville. Cette baie amène son caractère acidulé et une touche d’astringence à la bière. Le contact prolongé a permis un bonne extraction de la couleur pour un rouge profond.

Draft at the source. Bright hazy red color, light pink head. Cranberry aroma. Taste is lightly tart cranberry subtle lemon. Tasty and mellow

A burgundy red ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, light acidity, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, very nice.
