We’ve “Hooked Up” with Henderson Brewing Company to brew you some tasty DIPAs.
We collaborated on two recipes, theirs an original take with a west coast flair, ours a more modern DIPA. Our version has a slightly hazy burnt orange appearance, with a persistent off-white head. It introduces itself with aromas of bright tropical fruit, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, along with red currants and hints of pine. You will taste notes of orange and grapefruit, with a residual caramel and toasty malt sweetness balanced by the moderate hop presence. It's medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a pinch of alcohol warmth.

A golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light caramel, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light resinous hops and light treacle, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at Brew Revolution.
