What’s in a name and description, anyway?
Well…Pilsners are most often described aromatically as perhaps “grainy” or “bready”, specifically that crusty part of a morning's freshly-baked bread, balanced against a pronounced and unapologetically “flowery”, “earthy” and "noble hop" characteristics. Perhaps its relative brightness, medium body, crispy dryness and clarity with a bitterness dominating the taste and continuing through and lingering into the aftertaste….

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp cereal biscuit malt with grassy hops. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
