Second in our Graduate Series and our first experiment with brettanomyces. This Saison is a farmhouse style that we hopped with Nelson Sauvin and bottle-conditioned with Brett. We let this brew age for three months to give us some funky and complex flavours.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grapeskin, Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits, light solvents, faint Brett, OK. On tap at brewery.
