(On tap @ the brewpub, Aug 6/21, listed as 7.8%) Backlogging, limited impressions. Relatively malty (biscuit etc), mix of some bright pineapple-focused tropical fruit and zesty, leafy resins, some pine, fairly sweet up front but pretty bitter on the back end, resins taking over a little, some hop burn. Solid but not my favourite, a bit in-the-middle in every respect (style, hop profile, ABV).
A milky amber blonde DIPA with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, fruity esters, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light kiwi, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
