Saison Maison is a simple, classic-ish expression of the style. We utilized Saison Maison yeast (a non-diastatic isolate) from Escarpment Labs, and minimal dry-hopping to create a highly drinkable, highly crisp, highly carbonated (in the can) saison.

On tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury, ON. Hazy yellow pour, with a big white head. Aroma is bright, and floral. Light spice, nice cereals, light pepper, and hints of funk, and citrus rind. Wet grass, some hay, and tropical fruit. crisp, and clean, a great session saison.

A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity perfumy malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light cloves, pleasant. On tap at Lupulus.
