Cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Coppery amber colour, thin white foam head and aroma of pale malt, slight metallic note. Taste is pale malty and fruity with light bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel - sweet malt, fruity malt, sour - tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity malt, sour fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
