La Papagayo est une double New England IPA (NEIPA DDH) à 8.2% houblonnée à outrance avec les variétés de houblons Citra et Simcoe. Au nez, elle présente une explosion d’arômes tropicaux et de punch aux fruits. En bouche, elle est bien ronde et complexe et présente une finale sucrée excessivement agréable qui camoufle à merveille le pourcentage d’alcool. Un punch tropical hyper juteux à boire avec ou sans modération!

Poured from the tap. Murky dull yellow with small white head. Citrus and tropical hops, some stone fruit, juicy, slightly creamy texture. Decent.

A lightly hazed golden DIPA with a thin lacing creamy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with resinous dank hops, treacle, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, light butterscotch, alcohol warmth, very nice.
