A blend of 1.5 year old saison and Oria aged on Italian Blood Oranges for 8 months in a stainless steel (40%) blended with a fresh batch of our dry-hopped sour beer Té (60%). Drinks like freshly squeezed amaro, whispers of candied tangerine and lemon pith! We say put down that 10am mimosa and let the the delicate zing of citrus teleport you the sea.

A hazed pale blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts and citrus fruits. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, citrus pulp, refreshing. Bottle 1.5 years old.
