We only brew this beer once a year, the first time being in 2020. We've played with the grain and brewing method a little bit, but one thing that hasn't changed is the hops. All Mosaic baby... just the way we like it. It's got huge notes of pineapple, papaya and sweet Ontario peaches and drinks as smooth as silk. A phenomenal expression of one of our favourite hops in the whole wide world.

Can hazy yellow, medium white head. Blast of grapefruit, and stone fruit, especially peach. Perfect mouth feel and carb. Soft cereals, more and more fruit. Peach, mango, grapefruit zest. Incredible stuff.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt resinous hops, dank notes, tropical fruits, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, kiwi pulp, light tropical fruits, light sulfury notes, dank and rich. On tap at Lupulus.

(Can) cloudy, whitish yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of tropical fruit; rich, balanced flavour with a long, medium bitter finish
