Bourbon Barrel-Aged Amber Ale — Baby Buffalo was born by the addition of an amber ale into Buffalo Trace barrels that had recently been used to make Buffalo Meadows. It aged for 22 months barrels until achieving a delightful balance of bourbon booziness and caramel malt character. With low bitterness and notes of dark cherry this beer is smooth, balanced, and exceptionally drinkable despite its not so baby ABV. We hope you like it.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, very nice. On tap at Biera.
