A red copper bock with a thick light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of banana bread, light cloves and alcohol warmth. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light maple syrup, alcohol warmth, light fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
