A traditional IPA with rich malt, big on Cascade and Citra hops, and dark like the Northern waters where the elusive Walleye often strike.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber with an off white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a wet bread with some earthy pine and a bit of leaves underlying. Flavor has musty and wet bread with earthy pine and a leaf note backing.

A red ipa with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light maple syrup, light corn, blah. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light maple syrup, weird fruity esters, unpleasant.
