Double dry hopped, super juiced up NE style pale ale loaded with new harvest Galaxy (Oz) and Simcoe (pine) hops...This beer further explores our understanding of the complex interactions between active yeast, hops and protein and deliberately presents with a very hazy appearance.

Keg at the cock tavern thanks to Wingman Dave for this one. A milky pale gold yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Second attempt. A dank wheaty aroma, lemon rind, straw, zesty citrus. Flavour is composed of thin wheaty grains, pithy citrus, chalk, petrol. Palate is crisp, spixy, highish carbonation. Not bad.

On tap at Brighton Bierhaus, Brighton on our birthday week, Saturday 18th November 2017 Pours murky yellow with a slim white head. This is a really hoppy beer, resiny, juicy but a little creamy edge, fresh, green, zappy hops wonderful bitterness, looks like a NEIPA but drinks much better. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.8

Keg at The Rake. It pours crazy cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, soft, sweet, oily, spruce, pine, resin, green, grassy, tropical fruits and fruit smoothie. The taste is smooth, light bitterness, oily, pine, resin, spice, quite green, pepper and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and pretty flavoursome. Works well.
