Dry dry dry, this beer uses Hallertau Blanc hops to create an almost white wine like quality. Pitched with 2 yeasts to really make sure all of those sugars are eaten and fully fermented this beer is dry and pale.

Can from the Black Storm brewery online shop, at 5.5%. Pours hazy yellow-orange with a decent white head. Aromas of white grape and lemon. Taste is dry, light grape and more lemon. Zingy herbal finish.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180722]

Cask at ORB, Darlington. Golden colour, creamy white foam head leaving some lacing and fruity aroma. Taste is pale malt, fruity, citrus, sweetish with a yeasty note and light earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

20/7/2018. Cask at the Newcastle Tap. Pours almost clear, mid gold with a small lasting white head. Aroma of orange, tropical fruit, hops, malt and a light herbal edge. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Not bad.
