ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, spiced, tea, herbs, chai spices. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet spices, chai spices - chai tea, sugary. No me at all ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180721]

Big chai smell on this, just a little foam and no bubbliness on gold liquid. Flavour is big chai tea which will excite or horrify you. Very dry finish. Interesting experiment that I kind of like.

Keg at the Rake. A clear yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is nutmeg, cinnamon, spice, brown sugars,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet brown sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, mellow spice. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation. Ok. Lingering Yankee candle.
