Double Monogamy Nelson Sauvin is a spin on our classic series of single hop IPAs -- the delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.
In this version we bumped up the hops, taking us into DIPA territory.
What is smells like, what it tastes like: Brewed exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops, this beer showcases notes of apricot jelly, gooseberries, and white wine.

A hazed golden DIPA with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.
