Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2017 [ The 42th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 10th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Pilot Revolver - Mosaic ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, sweet hops, cat piss. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity hos, pale malt, pine notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171013] 7-3-7-3-13
