Bottle thanks to Shawn. It pours a hazy pale yellow color with an off white head. The aroma is lightly cheesy with apricots. The flavor has big apricot tartness with a hint of lemon and lots of cheesy funk. Could be a bit crisper on the palate, but otherwise really tasty.

Draft 10 oz pour at Toronado Seattle, as part of the Belching Beaver brewers night. Pours a thick, cloudy yellow color with a foam head that fades. Very intense sour here. It bites hard. Honey, orange fruit, and a heavy corn like grain aroma. Flavor is insanely tart, with apricots, candy sweet and sour, honey, and a wheat and corn background. Sourness a 10/10, which is the first I’ve ever given out. Knocks on the too sour door, but I love that it stretches the boundary, and goes where I feel very few beers have gone before. Unique, but quite harsh. A fun try.

500 ml bottle shared by a friend, thanks Mike! Opaque yellowish orange with thin off-white head. Aromas of peach, light funk, some lemon. Tastes of tart acidic notes, lemon citrus, barnyard funk, stone fruit, light honey. Light body with a dry finish

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours very hazy gold with a slight white head. Tart aroma with a lot of prunus fruits. Not quite med body. Flavor is tart/sour apricot and likely peach. More acidic than expected, but it drinks rather smoothly for a very sour ale. It’s pretty tasty stuff. But I don’t get barrel wood through all the fruit and sour. Quite an experience.
