Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lace. Yeast, ginger and fruit in the nose. Medium body with flavors of peaches, floral yeast and ginger. The finish is mildly funky yeast and ginger. Decent overall.

On draft at Beercraft. It pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is peppery and herbal with nice light notes of peach and ginger. Pretty juicy with mild acidity and a touch of astringency. The ginger and peach are well integrated into the beer and not too overpowering. Good attenuation with a dry finish. Pretty good stuff.

Tap at Capitol Beer. Pours really hazy "pineapple juice" gold. Aroma of finger and tart peach. Med body or so. Flavor is peach, ginger, light pepper, earth; burns a trifle. Spicy saison.
