Sample at the Barrel House. The beer is a hazy reddish color with a thin pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart cherry, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with a tart cherry character and flavors of citrus, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart and fruity with a cherry aftertaste. Pretty good beer all around.

From the barrel at the Cascade Barrel House. Pours hazy cherry color with a pink head. Tart cherry aroma. Med body. Flavor is quite tart cherry with a sour lemon note. Mouth challenging. Tart/sour finish. Really, really good Berliner.
