Sample at the Barrel House. Cloudy bronwish-amber color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is oaky with fruit, spice and malt notes. Medium to full body with flavors of vinous oak, cinnamon, tart fruit and malt. The finish is oaky with a tart fruity aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Tap at Cascade Barrel House. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Aroma of raspberries and whiskey. Med + body. Flavor is raspberry whisky wood. Rather sweet tart. Bourbon shows in finish.
