Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
Cask at Final Gravity. Pours translucent gold with a large white head. Aroma seems citrus. Med body. Flavor is slightly dusty, wheaty, citrus, earthy, possible hint of sour. Calypso? A bit leafy. Finishes dry and pretty hoppy. Bitter enough to please me.
