Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours amber gold with a white head. Aroma of honey and red berry. Med + body. Flavor is spicy/honey note/red berry/caramel. Not getting wood, mostly some peppery spice and red berry. Maybe some wood, but had to try hard to find it. Different/interesting. A barley wine where brown sugar is pretty well hidden. But I think I found it. Seemed a bit scattered at first, but with time I think the flavors come fairly together.
