Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Yeast and light lemon aroma. Yeast and lemon flavor with light brett. Medium bodied. Yeast and lemon linger with light brett.

Tap at Harry’s Hofbrau in San Jose. Clear yellow with minimal head that is fleeting. This mouthfeel with much of the maltiness of a traditional Belgian Pale missing. Slight brett as well, but a very thin mouthfeel. Would like to try this again as it seemed a little off from what I expected.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is earthy, hay/grass, perhaps a light brettiness. Med body. flavor is bretty in a very earthy way. Refreshing. Well towards dry. Great drink.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some wheat, dough, funk and coriander. The flavor is nice and pleasant with some citrus and creamy wheat malt. The acidity is low, but it does have some solid hay-like funk. Low to medium carbonation with medium noble/spicy bitterness. Lightly creamy and funky on the palate. Good.
