750 c&c from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is pleasantly mild brett with notes of zest and spice. Full bodied (lots of carbonation helping here). Flavor is mild brett, zest, spice/pepper wrapped up in an earthiness. It’s very smooth and pleasant tasting. The flavors are marvelous, and not harsh or overstated. Finishes a bit towards sour, well towards earth, and fairly zestish. Pepper stands out throughout. Amazing ale.
