Mild gusher. Almost clear gold beer, short lived white head. Palate is light, modest carbonation. Soft malts, sweetish. Very mild hops, super mellow pine and a touch of crystallised orange. Light finish. It’s inoffensive bur Ruhstaller should stop worrying about where their hops are grown and start worrying about putting some in their IPAs!

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma seems citrus/earthy/floral - slight bite. Med body. Flavor is earthy/floral and maybe some citrus rind. For me the hop is a bit - unfortunately muddled came to mind - which makes no sense for a single hop ale. I am just having trouble with what should be a simple hop. The malt is just very lightly roasty. It is smooth and bitter, and I think my problem was that I was trying to parse out the citrus rind. Drinks nice!

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Earth and grapefruit aroma with light malt. Caramel and earth flavor with grapefruit. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Caramel and earth lingers with grapefruit and light pine.
