Bottle. Copper beer with a thin white head. Red grape and light malt aroma. Tannic grape and malt flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Red grape and earth lingers with light spice and malt.

Corked, but uncaged 375 from Corti Bros. Uncaged? How confident can one get. Cork was very, very difficult to remove! Pours hazy gold with a fizzy white head. Fizzy carbonation. Aroma is somewhat yeasty red berry. It’s a little dry, and it tastes of cabernet to some extent. Quite fizzy. It’s very suggestive of a rose sparkling wine. Quite interesting and different.
