Draft. Blackish beer with a tan head. Sour and light chocolate aroma. Light chocolate and cherry flavor with sourness and light bourbon. Medium bodied. Sourness and cherry lingers with chocolate.

[1/28/16] Draught at Almanac & Friends Sourfest at MaSo at Park Central Hotel in San Francisco. Black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate, bourbon vanilla, caramel, dark fruits. Sweet-sourish flavor with caramel, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, oak, a bit of vinegar, cherries. Rounded mouthfeel. Great stuff.

Tap at the Natomas venue. Pours dark brown/black with a cream tan head. Aroma of lightly sour chocolate. Full bodied. Flavor is tart/sour chocolate with some bourbon impact. Finishes towards dry and earthy chocolate. It’s very, very nice.
