Another novelty from Matuska this year is Ginger, which is a sour drink containing more than 30 kg of hand-grated ginger, mandarin and orange puree and a little Citra hops. And even in this special there is no lactose, it is pleasantly fresh and fruity, ideal for hot summer days.

Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is shiny orange gold, hazy opaque. Aroma is ginger, bit sour fruity, tangerine. Taste is medium malty, ginger, light sour fruity, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, bit puckering, very good.

Tap at Salon Piva 10/2024. Sour ginger aroma and taste, light sour and bitter, light body, ginger sourish finish. Ok.

Tap at Salon piva. Rather thin body, med-high carbo. Medium sourness, medium ginger warmth, med-light bitterness, low sweetness. Moderate ginger presence, light citrusy. Quite tasty, very nice for ginger lovers. Easy drinking, quite good.
