Another novelty from Matuska this year is Ginger, which is a sour drink containing more than 30 kg of hand-grated ginger, mandarin and orange puree and a little Citra hops. And even in this special there is no lactose, it is pleasantly fresh and fruity, ideal for hot summer days.

Tap at Salon Piva 10/2024. Sour ginger aroma and taste, light sour and bitter, light body, ginger sourish finish. Ok.

Tap at Salon piva. Rather thin body, med-high carbo. Medium sourness, medium ginger warmth, med-light bitterness, low sweetness. Moderate ginger presence, light citrusy. Quite tasty, very nice for ginger lovers. Easy drinking, quite good.
