12 ounce can thanks to hershiser2! 4/27/22. As Karben4 asked, WTF is a Cold IPA? Hazy gold, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, resin. Taste is stone fruit, toasted malt, resin. Lingering bitterness. Nice.

Fairly clear golden and light bronze and copper coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of light grassy and herbal hops with a small bitterness noticeable and some very subdued fruits along with a crisp and noticeable malt backbone that shows some biscuits and grasses. Light to Medium-bodied; Fairly strong and noticeable grassy and very herbal hops show without too much alpha acids here, but some more pervasive strength and dryness on the end that makes this very crisp and still fairly robust, given that there isn't much malts or support here. Aftertaste shows some light sweetness from the fruits, but more of the crisp grainy and of course hoppy notes with a dash of pine and flowers here, but the perfumey and herbal hop aspects are the strongest here, especially at the end. Overall, a decent enough IPA that has some crisp, dry notes along with a touch of bitterness, but not enough malts nor complexity there to make this worth trying to find, unless it's an easy one for you, as it was for me!?! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Wegman's [grocery] in Tyson's Corner (Vienna), Virginia on 29-October-2021 for US$1,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 07-February-2022.

12oz can. Filtered orange tan body. Not really exceptional, but true to style I suppose. Clean rice hop tone, chinookish hop tone. The first time I've seen a Cold IPA in a can or bottle.

Wegmans can. Clear gold with a small white head. Nose is tropical fruit, orange peel, grasses, pine. Orange peel, tropical fruit, resin, green grasses. A little chalky on the finish. Tasty.
