Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Viborg Rog 'n' Roll ].Unclear matt, sparkling, medium amber brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, rye, bread, rye bread, light chocolate, light brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, rye, rye bread, bread, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180618] 5-2-5-3-10

Solsletta 020618. Murky brown color no head. Aroma is fruit, caramel, malt, rye. Flavor is fruit, caramel, malt, bread, cocoa, spices, rye. Weird beer.

Bottle. A murky brown beer with close to no head, soon diminishing into nothing. Looking quite oily after a few minutes. Rather spiced aroma with bread and toffee. Dark chocolate, coffee grit and cocoa. Rye bread, cocoa, some dried fruits and toffee in the flavor. Medium body, rather oily finish. A beer that resembles Danish dark rye bread very much, but it's not very interesting or drinkable. 180602
