Bottle, 4.6%. Good malty aroma. Dark brown colour. No head. The flavour starts off vinous and yeasty. Turns fairly malty. Dry finish... Fruity but dry.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Viborg Kyndelmisse Weizen ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, light roasted, light chocolate, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, brown sugar, yeast, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, dark malt, brown sugar, sweet yeast, fruity yeast, light chocolate, light weizen yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20180618] 5-3-5-3-11
