Bottle 500ml. [ As Hyldals Vår Hvede ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, spicy, juniper, ginger (maybe something ginger alike). Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, spicy, lactic, ginger - a spice that are very ginger alike, juniper. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Cloudy orange, white head. Malty, slightly yeasty and spicy aroma. Yeasty, sourish orangy flavour, slighlty wheaty and phenolic.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with no head. Nose has a hint of spices and yeast. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, a ton of spices and phenols. Will this creation work with an Easter lamb roast? I cannot totally refuse that, but otherwise I'd say it's a fairly sloppy homebrew. 060318
