Bottled 12/7/2017. yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells of spices, herbal, grassy, spices, light funk, flowery, peppery, light estragon, only hints of peaches. nice smell overall. full body, soft-ish carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, citric, ripe fruits, bit herbal, lightly lactic, light berry notes, estragon, hints of peaches, peppery, spices. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of horseradish, lactic and some earthy notes. very mild at first, aftertaste gets rather dry though. peaches are not really noticeable. not a bad one, but also not that great, rather subtle, nothing sticks out much. lactic sourness is the most dominant thing.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, tart, sour, funky yeast, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, peach, funky yeast, fruity yeast, dry. Draft. Hazy straw beer with a whitish head. light tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and sour flavor with light summer fruit and light lemon. Medium bodied. Lemon and sourness linger with peach and light acetic notes.
