Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 15.10.18. Cloudy pale yellow. White head. Fine aroma and taste of sour citrus, lychee, passionfruit, sorrel, brett and lambic. Acid and dry mouthfeel.

0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 12/7/2017. yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells of spices, herbal, grassy, spices, light funk, flowery, peppery, light estragon, only hints of peaches. nice smell overall. full body, soft-ish carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, citric, ripe fruits, bit herbal, lightly lactic, light berry notes, estragon, hints of peaches, peppery, spices. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of horseradish, lactic and some earthy notes. very mild at first, aftertaste gets rather dry though. peaches are not really noticeable. not a bad one, but also not that great, rather subtle, nothing sticks out much. lactic sourness is the most dominant thing.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Almanac Peach Galaxy ].Hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, tart, sour, funky yeast, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, peach, funky yeast, fruity yeast, dry. Draft. Hazy straw beer with a whitish head. light tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and sour flavor with light summer fruit and light lemon. Medium bodied. Lemon and sourness linger with peach and light acetic notes.
