Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Hazy, pale yellow, white head. Fruity, citrusy aroma, pale malt, sourish, slightly cheasy. Citric flavour, fruity, citrus peel, peach. Quite bitter. Nice balance.

375 mL bottle poured. Enjoyed a couple nights ago, but was so in love with this beer, I hardly took time away from it to take notes. Just a couple of descriptors and numbers scribbled out on a take out food bag. No regrets. A hazy orange pour. Beautiful pour. This beer was great before I even tried it. I love sours, I love Almanac, I love peaches, I especially love peach beers, I especially love peach sour beers on top of that. Oh yeah, and I love galaxy. Wonderfully tart peach content here. Not too much or too little of anything. Tons of fruit character, some wood, and a long lingering, fantastic sour finish. Just an incredible brew here to say the least.

Bottle. Pours very hazy golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is stonefruit, funk, skins, peaches, tropical, mango, citrus, tangerine. Flavor is light tart, light funk, juicy, stonefruit, tropical. Medium body, delicious!!

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma of very slightly sour peach with a wood note. Med minus body. Flavor is peach, oak, wood note, and moderately lightly sour. Pretty dry. Tasty stuff.
