Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark orange close to cardboard color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peachy flesh and skin with freshly cut grass and lemony sweet to bitter whiffs, white grapes, and sweet wood
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a sour and bitter hoppy tone underscored by some tart notes then a deeper dive into some sweetness; finishes peachy, grassy and lemony
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; light smoothness but also some tart to sour harsh assertiveness to the tongue
Overall: nicely done fruited sour ale that I would come back to.

Released December 2017, 375ml bottle bought at Beergium online shop; Dry-hopped sour farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels with peaches and spices.

APPEARANCE: yellow, lemon like color with moderate chill haze, still some degree of visibility, with the sediment more peach juice like appearance; small layer of snow white head with fluffy bubbles on the side of the glass and fine ones in the middle

AROMA: very inviting and layered aroma of ripe and unripe peaches, peach skin & flesh, dusty and moisture cellar, wet oak barrels, soft green vibe, lemons and notes of stale lemonade, white grapes, moderate fruit sweetness prevails over the fairly restrained malt backbone (as it opens up, more bread and bread crust notes), hints of pine or even spruce tips, a hint of cinnamon in the background, faint impression of cardamom, dill and pickle juice; soft and pleasant tartness on the nose with spicy hints; no sign of alcohol

TASTE: fluffy carbonation but also some fine, creamy like bubbles, medium body, quite crisp, mineral and refreshing mouthfeel, more tart than sour which helps with drinkability; surprisingly lemon forward on the palate, peaches are quite restrained - more in the aftertaste in form of peach candy and peach skin; refreshing lemon juice tartness paired with wood tannins, minerals and impressions of very gentle ginger; soft wheat bread notes, old bread and bread crust dipped into whey; lingering light to medium light bitterness from tannins and hops, hints of hay and very soft spiciness

OVERALL: very smooth, harmonious and fairly complex sour farmhouse ale; inviting aroma but I do miss more peaches in the taste - probably they faded with age; there is very gentle spiciness and quite hard to pinpoint what spices they used;

Bottle, 0.375l, 3 years old. Aroma of peach, must, barnyard, sweat, dust and wheat. Pours hazy orange golden color with medium sized frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts moderate sweet grainy and peachy, following is tart vinous, woody, spicy and funky with crisp and rather dry mouthfeel. Medium to full body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Milky Way peaches...

Bottle. (thanks Tom) Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of peach, funk and light oak. The same in the taste, also some light spices. The finish was quite sour and on the dry side.
