Roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, a touch of coffee and liquorice, very cautious yeasty fruity overtones of plum and bramble. Taste is roasty dark malty, hints of dark chocolate, a touch of coffee, dark caramel, liquorice, white coffee, cautious fruity overtones with a touch of plum and black cherry, bramble. Viscous, creamy texture, smooth, super-soft palate, very fine, soft carbonation. Superbly crafted, not overly intense, would have liked more emphasis on the fruity flavours.

W smaku półwytrawne, sporo ciemnego pieczywa, lekki karmel, czekolada. Po ogrzaniu wychodzi sporo rozpuszczalnikowego alkoholu, goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie. Niedopracowane, ciężko dopić.
