The Aromas are yeast, earthy, a little pale malt spice and citrus. Flavors are similar to nose, traditional though basic, bittersweet with some tart. Body is on the thin side with okay carbonation. Finish follows flavor. Good enough beer.

Keg at the brewery taproom - Bermondsey. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Solid, some mid-level funk, wheat bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, nice citrus fruits, mellow farmy funk, pale bread. Nice one.

Taste is dry, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, subtle sweetness, a minimally woody, oaky touch, notes of apricot, dried apricot, a touch of white pepper and mustard seed. Very homogeneous, harmonious, consistent.
