On tap at the Breweries Bangor location. Pours a mostly clear light gold color with a decent sized rocky bone white head that persists. Fruity bready earthy it is a ok.

High clarity in this pale, flaxen-gold beer with a small, white head showing moderate to low retention.
Light honey from the malt mixes with a touch of bread and soft, herbal and floral hop notes. Light minerality, clean and with a healthy dose of graininess and no alcohol.
Strong floral-dried herb hop profile shows light to moderate bitterness while a dextrinous malt body that is still well-attenuated provides ample texture. Moderate carbonation, fairly engaging with good honey, bread and mineral notes. Bigger bodied than a traditional kolsch but dry, hoppy and crisp, nonetheless.
