Copper-golden, good clarity and a white head showing moderately strong retention.
Light pine, mango and milder floral notes. The pine isnt aggressive and juicier pineapple notes emerge on the finish, which is dotted with honey and biscuit-like malt notes. Well balanced and aromatic but not the sheer lush intensity of hops that Eureka with mosaic carries. Otherwise, fantastic. Clean and resin/alcohol free.
Delicate malt notes dot the well-attenuated palate adding honey and light biscuit. Pineapple and mango dominate the hop profile with light pine and lemon growing stronger on the end. Definitely drinks and smells like at least 5% abv if not more. Impressive.
