Draught at the brewery, 6/4/16.
Light blonde-golden body shows high clarity and a small, but modestly-well retained white head atop.
Floral, spicy and grassy notes combine with a touch of light grapefruit, as crackery malts provide gentle balance. Orange rind and pepper-like notes linger with no alcohol or flaw.
A very dainty, spicy-peppery-floral character keeps the beer lighthearted, as orange rind and red grapefruit notes emerge with warming, mixing with the soft honey and very gentle caramel notes to provide a very strong balance. Malty, soft texture and ample carbonation with no alcohol or flaw.
