Mostly clear, pale white grape juice with a fleeting white head.
Definitely lactic acid but at the same time, lots of cider and vegetal qualities. Very sparse malt behind it consists of crackers, primarily. No alcohol.
Lactic acid, dry cider vinegar and light vegetal notes parallel the nose, with a bit of saltiness, moderate carbonation and zero maltiness nor even much wheat character. No major problems but just so very minimal on any characteristics other than kettle souring and cider.
