Draft at Hopkinton location. Cloudy dark golden yellow. Frothy head. Nose is fruity Belgian esters and spice. Tatses of orange, peppery, bready, hint of vanilla and Belgian yeast. Sweet finish.

Nitro at the brewery, 1/30/16.
Large, white head shows strong retention, with a very gently hazy, bright golden body.
Not tons of aroma to it, no doubt a good deal due to being on nitro. But some light coriander spiciness, lemon and angel food cake-like maltiness (honey, vanilla, simple sugars). Soft Belgian esters are apparent, and while not particularly charming are not just a mess of banana/peach/bubble gum either. No alcohol nor flaw.
Sweet in the mouth, but not overly so, with an actual Belgian presence of vanilla, earth, light pineapple and various other fruits (apple, nectarine). Bready/doughy malt character and a soft, lightly watery nitrogenated texture. Definite coriander spiciness on the end and light touches of citrus but not overdone in either category. Very competent and drinkable.
