Our Light is clean and crisp with citrus notes. Brewed with Pilsner and Cara-Pils malt, as well as Cascade, Magnum, and Hallertau hops.

Pours a straw color from a bottle. I agree with others, a creaminess is present that’s not quite pilsener-y. But a nice light beer.

Bottle, undated, at Miracle of Science, just for the hell of it, drunk 1/27/16.
Small white head shows medium-to-poor retention atop a clear, light golden body with moderate carbonation.
Smells sour, corn-like and with notes of salt and seltzer. Lots of cereal grain. No alcohol. Probably just tons of tannin and low levels of diacetyl. Husky.
Sour and corn-laden flavor is pretty poor. At least it’s not too sweet and there’s no overt diacetyl or other problems, but I can’t get past the sourness and it’s very, very fizzy, stripped, husky and watery. Not sure what they were going for here....
