Keg at 73 Enid Street, 11/03/20. Hazed golden yellow with a decent white head. Nose is funk, grass, pissy citric shreds, bretty pangs. Taste comprises damp straw, funk, lemon drizzle, hay bale, rotting peach, Brett, piss stained oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic kiss. Solid stuff ... nothing true to the style but a well balanced low boost sour.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A hazed peachy orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is salty peach, funky fruit, rose petal, fuzzy peach. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy sour, peach, apricot, nectarine, decent sweet note, yogurt funk, salt,. Palate is semi sweet, sour, moderate carbonation, prickly. Good.

Lime funk, saisony

Sampled from the tap at the Gilbert brewpub. Pours a hazy peachy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is hibiscus forward with slightly tart citrus with a bit of flora underlying. Flavor has tart citrus and citrus rind with a bit of flora and hibiscus supporting.

Light amber with a light ruddy tint to it and a small, off-white head atop that sits at cover. Lightly hazy.
A bit more brett in the nose than expected. Very light lime-guava mixing with some herbal/spice character. Not funky, but definitely bretty. Quite fruity, with no alcohol or flaws. Very light on the malt.
Touches of sweet, bready malt are stretched out to the finish, as the beer becomes more dry, both as a result of the spicing (good amount of elderberry/currant and hibiscus-like nutty acidity) and the brett acidity. While it’s fairly light, the brett still shows light isovaleric character, which is enjoyable, adding just a touch of lime and band-aid. Nicely tight carbonation, not too sweet and, while it’s fairly spicy/herbal, it’s not overdone on the tea addition. A great idea and well-done.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear copper body that supports a tall tan head of foam. The aroma offers up various dark berry notes, soft cotton candy sweetness and a sense of Bretty yeast. The taste delivers smooth soft sweetness rolling slowly into modestly tart yet sweet rich berries and then a mild Brett yeastiness. Toward the finish the Brett note picks up wheat sweetness and more tart berry notes swimming in a modest sugar sweetness. Cool brew that should only improve with another few weeks of the Brett changing things up.
