Heavily hazy, fiery orange-copper with a medium-sized, beige head that shows good retention.
Lightly juicy pineapple and papaya notes mix with citrus peel and grapefruit while more maltiness is displayed than seen in their pale ale. Light hint of sourdough and lots of biscuit with some rich honey and light pine on the very end.
Moderately juicy, though with seemingly too much yeastiness contributing to a somewhat short-lived finish. Light sourdough notes and a very soft texture with engaging carbonation. Seems a bit softer and better malted than Tinfoil Helmet, but still very rough around the edges. Definitely shows promise; will check back on these guys in like 6 months.
